Bichon Frise Puppies

After weeks of waiting impatiently, we are proud to announce that we have two litters of puppies now whelping in the nursery. Needless to say we are very busy blowing our breath in their faces and totally confusing them on who is actually their Mother. Both Moms are doing great and nursing their family with no problem. As a matter of fact, as soon as we stopped herding over them, they both waited until we were asleep and quietly had their babies on their own and had cleaned their entire area. The only obvious evidence they had given birth were the newbies nursing;-0. Both have visited they vet for after care and both are on a new Mother's diet with occasional table treats, and only occasional, for the hard work they did. All of our puppies will be heavy socialized and have already been exposed to the sounds of Radio and will be introduced into the family living area at the appropriate age. They will be whelped on Newspaper and on a strict potty routine by the time the leave or den at a minimum age of eight weeks. Each puppy will begin deworming at three weeks and it will be repeated @ 2 weeks. At six weeks they will have their first wellness visit with the vet for a fecal and first shots. All additional immunizations will be continued by the breeder or the vet of your choice, but there will be an up to date health record provided with your puppy kit. All puppies are placed with a written one year health guarantee against any life threatening illness and included with tour contract. All puppies will be placed with limited registration or to approved families with premium price. Our puppies are from strong champion lines and those pedigrees will show consistent genetic health testing. Our prices are set below market value to draw interest, however, WE HAVE THE RIGHT, to ensure our babies only go to homes that will continue to love them as we do. We consider ourselves fanciers, not breeders, and only want to cover our costs to keep enjoying our hobby. Some of our puppies have gone on to be therapy dogs, service dogs, hunting dogs, show dogs, and excellent companion dogs. We love progress reports and pics, they help to motivate us and fine tune what we do. Our hope is that as these new puppies develop and venture out into the world the same as their cousins and siblings, who have gone on to provide years of joy and entertainment. We do set boundaries for our puppies, including crate training, they need those boundaries to set the owner as leader, and they will need a leader. The puppy kit will include our cheat sheet on their continued care and suggestions for feed and continued training. Also, their first layette, so you should not buy any new things until you have had a chance to see what comes home with them. We will also mention that there are two Bichon Ladies in waiting and there litters should arrive by the end of May. This early notice is being sent to each family on the waiting list and will be posted on AKC website in a week. The first families to respond and secure their puppy with a non refundable ($350) deposit will have picks of the litters in that order. We will accept paypal for payment but buyer must pay 3% fee. We accept personal checks as deposit only. The balance must be paid cash on delivery. Breeder Info: Sir Edward's of West TN

Breed(s): Poodle, Bichon Frise

Sir Edward's of West TN is a family venture that fancy Standard Poodles and Bichon Frise. Our mother started us off and had to pass it down to now a third generation.  Though she is unable to handle a lot of the responsibilities, she is still our number one "Spoiler" and we can guarantee she does that well.  Lots of love and nurturing.  We consider ourselves more Fanciers than breeders as we make every effort to maintain the integrity of our furbabies. Whelped on newspaper in a ionized air environment in the private nursery under quarantine until after first shots.  We have no problem sending pics and providing references upon request.  We have done our part to ensure that our lines have been health tested and cleared by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals for most disease inherent to the breeds and we are satisfied that we mate no health issues. We rotate between dams and after retire her after five litters. We don't intend to populate the earth, each puppy receives the individual personal attention it deserves. All puppies visit our vet at six weeks for a wellness check and first shots. Under no circumstance can a puppy leave us before a minimum age of eight weeks. Puppies can actually continue to learn from their pack for ten-twelve weeks, so we don't mind if we have them longer. We also offer a one year health guarantee against any life threatening illness. AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders. They have inspected our home and we have the documentation available for your review. We encourage all prospective puppy owners to do their research and be prepared with questions to ask the breeder. Make sure you are not only choosing the right breed for you, but also that you’re getting it from the right individual. Your puppy should come from a "home" that has loved them and spent quality time with them as you intend to do. Your puppy should be accustomed to it's grooming and be old enough to have started it's boundary and Potty manners. It should be lively and playful. We are here to help you make the right selection for your family. You are adopting a family member for it's life, your selection should be based on that. As such, it should be understood that you will have questions and need our support and we offer it for lifetime. Nothing is too minor when it comes to how to help your puppy grow and develop to be all that you want and it can be. Some of our puppies have gone into service as, reading dogs, service dogs, therapy dogs, hunting dogs, companion dogs and come from a strong championship pedigrees. Our vet is so proud of our hobby he will give reference to serious inquiries, and that says a lot for he is well renown in our community for his practice and his continued education to the animal community.
